Problems with Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or differs from what you expected, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing us at [email protected].

You’ll receive an automated confirmation—please reply to that message with clear photos of the package, showing the shipping label and the items received, including any visible damage.

We treat such cases with urgency and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the matter quickly.


Product Malfunctions or Service Concerns

After receiving our auto-response, reply with a photo or video that clearly illustrates the issue—such as the item while turned on, charging, or in use.

If video proof cannot be provided, we may ask you to return the product to our facility for further inspection.
⚠️ Please note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
